Three ways to take a unit.
Same finish, same building, different amount of room. Every unit is self-contained — its own kitchen, its own attached bathroom, its own front door — and every unit can be taken by the day or by the month, with flexible check-in and check-out and a 24-hour stay always assured.
What changes between them is how much of it there is. A studio puts one room to work. A one-bedroom separates the sitting from the sleeping. A family apartment adds beds and living space for people staying together. Below is what is in each one and who tends to take it.

Unit one · Studio
One room, everything in it.
A single air-conditioned room with the bed, wardrobe and seating, and its own attached bathroom. The most economical way to stay here.

Who it suits
One person, or a couple who are out most of the day and want the room to be somewhere to cook, wash and sleep rather than a second office. A posting, a term, a course of treatment where the patient is at the hospital and the room is for the night.
Because it is one room, everything is within reach of everything else. If you expect to be working at home all day, or to have people over, take the one-bedroom instead.

Unit two · One-bedroom
A separate room to sit in.
A living room with sofa seating and a dining table, a full kitchen along one wall, and a bedroom that closes off from the rest.

Who it suits
This is the unit most long-stay tenants take. It holds up when you are working from home, because the desk and the bed are not in the same room, and it holds up when guests come, because there is somewhere to sit them down.
A couple, a person on a long posting who cooks properly, or two people sharing who need the door between the rooms to close. The dining table is the part people underestimate: over a stay of months it is where the work, the meals and the paperwork happen.

Unit three · Family apartment
Room for everyone who came.
The largest units, with extra beds and a bigger living area, for families staying together over a long period.

Who it suits
A family between houses, relatives who have come for a treatment and are taking it in turns to sit at the hospital, or a household that has been posted to Coimbatore and wants everybody under one roof rather than in two rooms on two floors.
The extra living space is what makes a long stay bearable with children or with elderly parents: somewhere to eat together and somewhere to be apart. Ask for a front-facing unit if the balcony matters to you — above the third floor the rooftops drop away and the hill comes into the window.

Whichever unit you take, the finish and the fittings are the same. Only the floor and the number of rooms change.

What does not change from one door to the next.
The building was finished as one job, so a studio on the first floor is built and fitted the way a family apartment on the fourth is.
Vitrified marble-finish flooring
The same flooring runs through every unit and out into the corridors, so nothing reads as the cheaper end of the building.
A kitchen you can actually cook in
A modular kitchen in every unit — granite counter, sink and storage, with a refrigerator standing there. You cook what you want rather than what the kitchen downstairs is serving.
Attached bathroom, not a shared one
Overhead shower, wall mixer, western WC and a geyser point, behind your own door.
Air-conditioning and fans
A split unit and ceiling fans as standard, so the room works in the middle of the afternoon as well as at night.
Storage that is already built
Built-in wardrobes, overhead cupboards and storage headboards — nothing to buy, nothing to leave behind when you go.
Daylight from two sides
Most units have windows on two sides, and the corridors are glazed the full length of one side, so the walk to your door is daylit.
Lift and covered parking
A passenger lift to every floor and covered parking for cars and two-wheelers at ground level, behind the front gate.
An attended ground floor
A reception desk at the entrance where deliveries, keys and visitors are handled.
Cleaned and handed over ready
Whatever you take, the unit is cleaned and handed over furnished. You arrive with clothes and a laptop.
